Where would you go to escape the pressures of life?...

Stress is associated with so many of today's chronic diseases.  If not responsible for, it certainly has been seen as a contributing factor to many heart attacks, cancers, and other debilitating conditions.  It aggravates recovery from illness and can cause sleeplessness, weight gain (or loss), irritability, and general unhappiness with life.
